• Wet grain flows from holding bin into dryer hopper.

  • A pressure switch senses the presence of wet grain, one button is
    pressed, and drying begins.

  • The dryer automatically loads itself by means of leveling auger until grain reaches the pressure
switch which stops the loading auger.

  • The system automatically turns on the fan and burner. Drying begins.

  • As shrinkage occurs during drying, the pressure switch senses absence of grain and starts the top
leveling auger to refill the dryer. When the dryer is full the top leveling auger stops.

  • As soon as the grain reaches the desired moisture content, the burner units automatically stop
while the fans continue to cool the grain for a predetermined time.

  • When the grain is cool, the fans stop and the unloading conveyors are activated, which allows
    grain to flow to storage.

  • After the dryer is emptied, the pressure switch senses absence of grain and unload time delay
takes over which stops the unloading augers and starts the top leveling auger to fill the dryer.

  • This cycle is repeated automatically until wet grain supply is exhausted. Then the pressure switch,
sensing the absence of wet grain, stops the entire dryer operation.
